Returns will only be accepted 7 days from receipt of your order. For all return requests, please send an e-mail to support@laceriseparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns are at the client's expense and are made at the client's risk via the courier of their choice. Once we receive your package, we will process a refund directly to the payment method used to validate the order. 

Please note: 
Only products not worn, not washed, not soiled are refunded. If they do not comply with all these rules, we will return them to you. To make an exchange, just place a standard order and make a return request for the item(s) to be returned, or please email us at support@laceriseparis.com .
